Some of the technical writing for text books.  John V. is the author of Interpretive Master Planning (top left), contributed a chapter "The Language of Live Interpretation- Making Contact" to the Languages of Live Interpretation text book, and contributed a chapter on "Evaluation of Children's Museum Exhibits" for the Another Eyesight text book.

We have also been involved for 30 years in creating interpretive training materials and manuals.  This includes developing lesson plans, training activities, and evaluation strategies (pre-post test exams) for any interpretive course.
